Ecoserveis
Ecoserveis is planning to offer an online course to mark the Barcelona Climate Change Talks 2009.
The course on Climate change: on the way to Copenhagen, from 3 to 27 November, will last 30 hours and aims to:
- - Define the path taken on a worldwide scale in reference to the problem of climate change.
- - Make known the decisions carried out at the COP.
- - Assess the results obtained so far.
The topics covered by the course are:
- Module 1 | Green Polices and Climate Change: United Nations Framework Climate Change Convention (UNFCCC).
- Module 2 | The COP, the supreme body of the Convention: the Kyoto Protocol.
- Module 3 | Assessment of the negotiation processes and of the results of the COP.
- Module 4 | COP 15, successor agreement to the Kyoto Protocol. Challenges and opportunities.
