Introduction

Barcelona Climate Change Talks 2009 will bring together three relevant actors: delegates and representatives of the Parties, international observers and civil society, and social actors.

  • The delegates of the states (parties) will meet in Pavilion 8 FIRA GRAN VIA where negotiations will be held.
  • The international observers accredited by the UNFCCC Secretariat will meet in Pavilion 2 FIRA GRAN VIA
  • Civil society representatives and the social agents will organise parallel events at venues around the city.
